New House on Terceira - First Images

I didn't include any interior images as the house is going to require a gut renovation. We plan an addition on roughly the same footprint of the existing cistern and shed so those wil be razed. We imagine a conversion of the barn into useful space but that may be a Phase 2 project. The house has been unoccupied for about eight years so the front yard is a mess but we are excited about the possibilities it offers.
